KEZDETEK
Richard Hilton, a nemzetközi szállodalánc tulajdonosának lánya, a nála sokkal jobban ismert Paris Hilton húga. Van még két öccse, Barron Nicholas Hilton és Conrad Hughes Hilton. Gábor ZsaZsa ex- unokája, Kim Richards és Kyle Richards unokahúga.
2003- ban felajánlották neki és Paris- nek a "The Simple Life" cím valóságshow főszerepét, de Nicky nem vállalta, mondván "ő nem akar egyszer életet élni". Így Nichole Richie szerepelt helyette.
KARRIER
Azon kívül, hogy örökösnő, leginkább divattervezéssel foglalkozik, ruháit "Chick By Nicky Hilton" márkanévvel látja el. 17 éves kora óta tervez táskákat, amelyeket Japánban több mint 100 üzlet árusít.
2006-ban két saját szállodát szeretett volna nyitni Miamiban és Chicagoban,Nicky Onéven, de csődbe ment és az épületeket el kellett árverezni.
